DESKMANAGER USER ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
Visit
www.automanager.com
and click WebManager Login in the top right corner
1.
Once logged in, select “
Settings
,” then “
Inventory
,” and click “
SiriusXM Integration
”
2.
On the SiriusXM Integration settings screen, click the “
Dealer Registration
” button
3.
The SiriusXM Enrollment Form will open with your Dealership information pre-filled.
4.
Complete the remaining information and click “
Join Now
”
Enrollment has been successful when you see “
Thank You
” page. Check your email to confirm enrollment in the program.
DESKMANAGER ‘WEBMANAGER LITE’ USER ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
Open the DeskManager Application
1.
Click the menu to the right of the
My Website
tab
2.
Select “
Configure WebManager
”
3.
Once logged in, select “
Settings
,” then “
Inventory,
” and click “
SiriusXM Integration
”
4.
On the SiriusXM Integration settings screen, click the “
Dealer Registration
” button

The SiriusXM Enrollment Form will open with your Dealership information pre-filled

ENROLLMENT PROCESS
ComSoft instructions
1.
Select any vehicle in inventory
2.
Click the SiriusXM Logo
3.
Click
Enroll your Dealership in the SiriusXM Pre-Owned Program
4.
Complete the required information & Click
Join Now
5.
Click
Yes
Check Inventory
SiriusXM can be activated 24 hours after the Check Inventory has been completed
Box is checked after enrollment page.
If the vehicle is equipped with SiriusXM you will see a blue SiriusXM logo - You can send an activation signal to the radio by using the SiriusXM Dealer App.
Important:
The
radio needs to be powered on and have a clear view of the sky
to successfully activate the service
Notification of refresh and a reminder of how many equipped vehicles are in inventory.

Log into DealerCenter
here

From the drop down menu, select “
Admin
”, then choose Dealer Settings

On the Dealer Settings page select “
Inventory
”

Sign up with SiriusXM
” button

Make sure the dealer is running version 1.4.756 or higher of DealerClick.

Make sure “
Upload Deal and Customer to DealerNetwork
” and “
DealerNetwork Sync
” is enabled
STEP 2:
Complete the SiriusXM Pre-Owned Program Enrollment
Open DealerClick Software > Go to
Inventory
> Click on
SiriusXM Logo
> Click on
Sign-Up Now
button
Have the dealer check their email to verify their email address
Dealership calls DealerClick to activate the SiriusXM integration:

Upload Deal and Customer to DealerNetwork:

> then go to
Setup

Preference
check the box if it’s not already checked
DealerNetwork Sync:
Go to
Inventory
> then go to
Setup

Inventory Defaults
check both boxes listed under DealerNetwork Sync if they’re not already checked

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
STEP 1: Dealer logs into iDMS & Completes Enrollment
a.
Select
Settings
(left side-bar) › Select:
SiriusXM
(Enrollment Form opens)
b.
Complete the “AUTHORIZED CONTACT INFORMATION” and check the box stating that you are the authorized signer for the dealership and click “Join Now”
STEP 2:
a.
Sign the DealerSocket Data Sharing Authorization and email a picture of the signed form to:

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
1.
When clicking on the SiriusXM logo in inventory, you will see this screen. Click the “Signup with SiriusXM” button.
2.
Click “Sign up now”
3.
Next, the dealer will click the box indicating they are an Authorized Representative, and type in their name. Click “Continue” and receive the following screen.

STEP 1:
Once the Dealership authorized contact has agreed to participate in one or more of the SiriusXM Dealer Programs have them contact their DealerVault Administrator authorizing them to add the SiriusXM feeds and complete the SiriusXM Dealer Programs Enrollment Form
SiriusXM Feeds
Inventory, Sales, and Service feeds will need to be transmitted to SiriusXM daily:
Pre-Owned Program
Inventory feed enable SiriusXM Demo Service to be activated while on the lot for test drives
Sales feed enables the customer free 3 month trial
Service Lane Program
Service feed enables SiriusXM to notify eligible service customers of their free 2 month trial
STEP 2:
Identify the DealerVault Administrator and have them call DealerVault Support for assistance setting up the SiriusXM feeds AND submitting the SiriusXM Dealer Programs Enrollment Form:

How to Enroll in the SiriusXM Enrollment Form & set up the SiriusXM Feeds
Log into DealerVault
Select “Change Store” to indicate the store you would like to setup a feed, then click “Add Feed”
Type “SiriusXM” in the search bar, select SiriusXM from the drop down, then click “Submit”
SiriusXM Program Enrollment
1)
In the Enrollment Required pop up box, click “here” to complete the authorized contact information
2)
Review the program information, then select the checkbox that you are an authorized signer for this Dealership, then select “Join Now”.
3)
On the DealerVault page, select “OK”
Activate SiriusXM Data Feeds
1)
Click the “active” check box next to each file type. (To add more stores to this program at the same time, click “Stores” next to file type and select the additional stores as needed.
2)
Click “Submit

Go to settings and then click on SiriusXM
STEP 3:
Click ‘Opt-In’ and complete the form

IMPORTANT: Make sure you’re running software version 251 with exe date of 12/28
STEP 1: Enroll

Open Wayne Reaves software, select “
Utilities
”, then select “
SiriusXM Radio
”
•
Click “
Go to SiriusXM Web Site
”, complete the enrollment form then click “
Join Now
”
STEP 2: File Set-Up
•
Click “
Internal Setup of SiriusXM
” and the software will send a file of all unsold inventory and from this point on, every time a vehicle is added to inventory or a sale is completed, the vehicle & customer contact information will automatically be sent to SiriusXM.
